St Anne’s is a private junior school located in a terrace of Victorian houses in Clarinda Park, Dun Laoghaire.

Architexture were retained to assess and regularise some minor outstanding Fire Safety issues.

We undertook a full inspection of the premises, and advised the clients as to the appropriate and most expedient course of action, taking into account the buildings use and it’s status as a Protected Structure.

Full drawings and a detailed technical report were prepared following liaison with the Fire Officer.

The Fire Safety Certificate was granted, with no onerous conditions, in less than the typical 8-week period, largely due to the quality and clarity of the information submitted.
